Two-variable statistics
- Analysis of variance (ANOVA) compares one dependent
variable among three or more groups.
- It can be modified to compare multiple dependent variables among
three or more groups (MANOVA – multiple analysis of variance
- MANOVA compares multiple dependent variables among three or more
groups.
- The method of analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) is a variant
of ANOVA that allows one to control for continuous confounding
variables (e.g., age).
